You are back with Owner and Creator of BodyRide Jennifer Marinucci starting quickly in the working zone. You all begin with seated and standing core work. Your cardio levels will rise with Master Instructor Melissa Knechel and Master Instructor Christine Santucci who will incorporate a weight segment. You may want to grab a set of light weights or two water bottles and keep them near you.
This is for an indoor stationary bike only. Please consult with your physician prior to starting any new physical exercise. This is an advanced plyometric full body exercise. Take brakes when needed. Be sure you are properly hydrated and your clothing is fitted (no loose pants or laces. Be sure your feet are fixed firmly on your bike with straps or clips.
