In this indoor spin class, you will begin with Owner and Creator of BodyRide Jennifer Marinucci. You will quickly find yourself in a working zone with a "drop & glide" on the bike. Core strength and conditioning will continue with Master Instructor Melissa Knechel.
But before you begin, grab a set of light weights (or two water bottles) and keep them near you. Master Instructor Christine Santucci will lead you through an upper body weight segment while seated on the bike.
This is for an indoor stationary bike only. Please consult with your physician prior to starting any new physical exercise. This is an advanced plyometric full body exercise. Take breaks when needed. Be sure you are properly hydrated and your clothing is fitted (no loose pants or laces). Be sure your feet are fixed firmly on your bike with straps or clips.
